La Cardinala was designed by Andrea Vallicelli (the renown naval architect of the 90's) with speed, elegance and comfort in mind. Her 75ft length was built by the famous De Cesari shipyard in Italy. While she is fast under sail, she maintains steady motion to while her gentle sailing motions assure pleasant passage making. Ample living space and full air-conditioning provide a stylish and comfortable stay for up to 7 guests. Spacious decks
The two cockpit deck allows guests to enjoy privacy the spacious central cockpit and sunbathing area. All sail handling can be achieved by the professional crew from the aft cockpit. The spacious transom provides a kind of on board "private beach” of great convenience for swimming, snorkelling and water sports.
Comfortable interior with warm atmosphere
The bright and spacious saloon, equipped with bar, tv, video and music system, incorporates a large dining area on one side, and a nice settee and coffee table on the other side. La Cardinala is comfortably accommodated with four guest cabins, two doubles and two singles, all air conditioned and with en suite head and shower. Sailing like a dream
Helming this yacht is a real pleasure. The yacht is very balanced and steady in her motions. With the sails trimmed to perfection it feels like the yacht is sailing by herself and all you have to do is allow it to keep doing so. The large two wheels in the navigation cockpit are comfortably positioned for the ultimate sailing feeling.
Complete refit 2011
During the winter period of 2011 La Cardinala went to Phuket, Thailand for a complete refit. At the wharf of Precision Services, the Cardinala crew and Scott Bradley and his team worked relentlessly for four months on every detail of La Cardinala. The launch in early June showed a yacht that looked better than new! Many crucial parts of the yacht were replaced or painted: a brand new teak deck, a new navy blue colour, mast & new rigging, new systems, and many things more. The interior got some redesign and new varnishing too without changing the warm and intimate atmosphere for which La Cardinala is famous.
